Unexpected hospitality in the heart
Was nice, Simon at reception was a gem, we felt welcomed despite our late check-in. The cleanliness and comfort of our twin room with a balcony.
Finding parking was a bit challenging, but Fred was patient and helpful, guiding us through the process.

Everything was very good, exceptionally clean hotel, perfect and magnificent location on everything. Modern and air-conditioned room with machine in breakfast area, a comfy bed, free coffee as expected.

Twin room balcony offered fine views and provided a private space to unwind. Amazing location just a block away from the lovely Poniente beach.
The hotel lacks a pool, which could be convenient for a quick dip. Expectation of enjoying a cold drink on-site during summer months fell flat, but nearby shops and room fridges make it manageable.

The breakfast served by Maria was quite excellent-ample variety with cold cuts, fruits, and croissants kept our family happy. We relished the tea and coffee throughout the day. Our Queen Room was clean and cozy.
My kids wished for a pool area for some playful fun.

Really good Breakfast and Warm Hospitality
This hotel was a good surprise with its amazing breakfast of fresh fruit and meats served with a smile, and I was particularly impressed by the attentiveness of Fred at reception. Our Queen Room with Balcony was cozy and had everything we needed. It was cleaned daily. The complimentary snacks and drinks available throughout the day were a nice touch. The only downside is that finding parking on busy days can be a challenge.

The Queen Room with Balcony was a nice size and really comfy for two nights. The bathroom was decent too. I loved the little touches, like the daily bottle of water in the frigo and the continental breakfast that was more than enough to start the day. The location was perfect since it's just a short walk to the beach and old town. It was surprisingly quiet, too.
